We are not responsible for any delays, failures, or damages related to message transmission. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of $100.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective when posted. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
